Other desirable features include elevator access to the roof top patio and underground parking. And it takes ≈10 mins. walk to the ocean or shopping. No smoking/vaping/party. Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am. Especially suitable for working professionals and retirees. Cost of rental would depend on the lease term and if the person is the right fit etc.  

 

This unit is open to reciprocal and non-reciprocal home exchange. You will stay at our unit and we will stay at yours (unit or house-no need the entire house and a bedroom with a private washroom and a shared kitchen would be sufficient) at the same time or at a different time under mutual agreemen. Email ​for details.​​​
