Ravens Crossing Cohousing (2319 Brethour Avenue, Sidney, B.C.) has 35 single-level one-, two- and three-bedroom homes on four floors. Sizes range from 630 sq.ft. -1280 sq.ft. All units include, among their many quality features, a patio or deck (most south facing), 9 foot ceilings, ducted heat pump and a parking space. All units will be elevator accessible from the underground parking area to the roof deck, and three stairwells will further allow for movement throughout the building. Spaces to meet and engage are at the heart of cohousing design. Residents of Ravens Crossing Cohousing will enjoy ~3,200 square feet of first floor common space with direct access to the south facing garden, entertainment area and outdoor barbecue. There is also a roof top garden area of ~300 square feet that adds functional outdoor space with wonderful views over Sidney and the surrounding skyline.
