The homes at Ravens Crossing Cohousing are individually owned strata condominiums. This means that our community members may rent or sell to whomever they choose.
To help connect them with the many people who express an interest in our community and want to know if a home becomes available we maintain a list of interested people and use our website to describe the homes that are available for rent or sale.
Availability and Pricing
When there is a home at Ravens Crossing for rent or sale, we will post information on this webpage and an email will be sent to those who have signed up to be notified. Being on the list is no guarantee of getting a home. However, it is the best way to stay in touch with us should there be an opportunity to rent or buy.

Community features enjoyed by all Ravens Crossing residents
Nestled in the heart of Sidney and its ample amenities, the highly energy-efficient complex is an easy stroll from the beach, Iroquois (water) park, a 2.5 km waterfront walkway, and is situated next to Sidney Elementary school. We are steps away from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and other amenities on offer in beautiful Sidney.
Spaces to meet and engage are at the heart of cohousing design. Residents of Ravens Crossing Cohousing enjoy a large common house with dining, kitchen, laundry facilities and lounges. All residents can delight in the rooftop patio, south-facing gardens and entertainment area. There are two guest rooms available for residents’ guests.
All the units include among their many quality features, a patio or deck (most south facing), 9-foot ceilings, ducted heat pump and a secure, underground parking space. All units are elevator accessible from the underground parking area to the rooftop patio, and three stairwells allow for further movement throughout the building.
